• دانش از نحوه نصب سیستم عامل لینوکس و تجربه کار در محیط آن
• نحوه کار با فایلها و آشنایی با دستورات اصلی مدیریت سیستم عامل لینوکس
• نحوه کار با ویرایشگر فایل vi
دانش Asterisk:
• نصب و راه اندازی بستههای نرم افزاری Asterisk و dahdi از طریق کامپایل کد
• نحوه خواندن و استفاده از فایلهای نمونه تنظیمات Asterisk
• دانش از ساختار معمول و پایه Dial planها و برنامههای اصلی در آن
• نحوه متصل شدن به CLI Asterisk و دستورات اصلی برای مدیریت و مانیتورینگ آن از طریق CLI
• نحوه register کردن تلفنهای نرم افزاری و سخت افزاری IP درAsterisk
